Julie Schnieders is a freelance writer who has self-published a children's book "A Hunt for Bugs!" She has also written for The Tidings, Angeles News and The Quarterly Magazine. Her experience teaching junior high and the third grade piqued her interest in writing children's books.
Julie and her family moved to Northwest Montana from Southern California in 2021, during the height of the pandemic. The beauty of the great outdoors inspires her to write stories about nature, and finding peace in an ever-changing world.
